Training with Ben I have been able to rehab thru two knee surgeries, recovering my mobility, strenght and then some. Once I stopped cheating myself and followed his excersice and nutrition plans, I lost over thirty pounds and transformed my body completely. Ben's training allows you to clearly define what you desire, he creates and monitors the plans that get's you results. Whether it's been rehabilitating an injury, or bulding streght for power lifting or stamina and conditioning for crossfit or leaning out to loose weight, his programming has always delivered the results every time. Today I am the oldest I ever been and in the body I always dreamed of. I'm confident that with his training I can achieve any goal I can set my mind to.

Absolutely amazing. He took the time to understand how my body moved, and how my body reacted to yoga, to running, to Olympic and power weightlifting among other things. We had on going discussions about nutrition, and what was working and what wasn't. He wanted a food journal for better tracking, but I told him that I'd just remember. We got the results we wanted as the days turned to months, but in the end I should have kept a journal. All this, in turn, allowed me to better understand my own body and understand how really intertwined and connected everything really is. He's a truly humble guy with a good ahead on shoulders. He is a fast thinker, and flexed his schedule to accommodate for mine. The one thing that I have to say is that there were times when the workouts seem to demanding, probably because I was tired but when I think about it, it was about keeping me on track and making sure I wasn't slacking. He does his due diligence and makes sure you're comfortable before he takes you outside of that comfort zone. He's always asking questions which can get annoying but in reality allows him the proper insight that he needs to analyze himself through your eyes. It also helps with workout programming. His advice is top notch, and is meant only for you. He understands that different people have different motivations and that people's body's will respond differently to same stimuli. Which is a critical aspect to ensuring your success. He knows when to have fun and loose, and knows when to keep it tight and strict. He's very personable.

Nothing but positive results! I have been training with Coach Ben for over two years now. As someone who had never been very active, I was intimidated and hesitant to do things that I did not think I was capable of, but he eased my fears and encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone. His kind personality, patience, and genuine interest in your success make training a truly positive experience. He is very knowledgeable and always explains exercises and movements in depth. Most importantly, he puts safety first by continuously monitoring your movements and ensuring you are always in proper form. Every time I train with Coach Ben, I always learn something new and come out stronger and more energetic. If you want to see positive change, then I highly recommend him.

I trained under Ben Zamora for almost 2 years and it was one of the most positive experiences to date. Ben is methodical in his training and I was fortunate enough to pick his brain and learn from him. Everything had a purpose. We didn't do certain things just to do them. No stone was left unturned whenever I asked him questions. Ben would go above and beyond to answer them and he would follow up to see how things are working out. Stretching, food intake, foam rollers, sleep cycles, weight training, supplements, etc are just some of the topics that Ben helped me understand and how to properly work on them. Ben is the only trainer I have met who knows the human body just as well as a doctor. He introduced me to muscles that I didn't even know I had. My biggest weakness was mobility and Ben gave me valuable information that I still use to this day. Hopefully, I can train under his guidance again and anybody else who has the privilege of training under him will see that he is the real deal.

Ben is an amazing trainer! He is very knowledgeable about fitness and knows how to individualize workouts to help you meet your goals. What is most impressive about Ben is he is able to get results regardless of any physical challenges you may have. Ben taught me the correct way to work out and lift weights and because of that I am able to do high level fitness activities without doing damage to my body. Ben is accountable and passionate about what he does. I truly enjoyed working with him and absolutely loved the results I accomplished as a result of his training.
