FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees will vary depending on the type of job; however on average they typically work out to be $125.00 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an introductory email or call, I start a dialogue with the client to understand them and their needs, and to fully understand the scope of the job. I then send a detailed estimate outlining the services I will provide and my fee. Once a photo shoot is confirmed, I will send a guide on how to prepare for your shoot. If it's a portrait it will include tips on what to wear, make-up and grooming, etc. I want the customer to feel complete trust in me, and that I care that everything will work out great.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business for 10 years, and before that was a photo assistant to some of the top photographers in San Francisco for several years. I studied Commercial Photography at The Academy of Art in San Francisco. I have been published in Architecture magazine, and have many corporate clients throughout The Bay Area.
