FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact my client either through phone call or text and we discuss what the desired look for the occasion is and decide whether they would like a consultation. At a consultation, I do a makeup application similar to what the desired look is for the upcoming event is. Afterwards, the client and I sit down and go over the contract and sign. The consultation is important because we work out all the little details so the day of the event everything can go smoothly and it ensure the client and I are on the same page. On the day of the event, when I arrive, I cleanse the client's face, apply skincare, and then I apply the makeup application (with false eyelashes). After the application is complete, I receive payment and hope to see my clients again.
