FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to give one price that would encompass the whole job. Simple. Usually the client pays for. The paint. Then I give a separate price for labor. I usually get half of the labor cost up front and the rest when finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with an introduction by text or phone call where we plan a day and time for an estimate. I'll then proceed to meet potential new client and discuss what they are looking for with them. I then will provide suggestions and ideas for the project. At this time I will also provide some paint samples and discuss what type of prep will be needed. As well as answer questions or concerns. Then I can either provide the estimate if the client so chooses right there or I will email them later. To be followed by a written legal business contract. Standard stuff. I'm really easy to work with. I'm looking forward to servicing you. Thank you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My family and myself had a flooring company in SAN Francisco for over 35 years. Which is no longer. I grew up in the trades in the family business. I decided to start doing painting and handy work a few years back as our economy had just shrunk. I really enjoy the personal aspect of working with the clients and leaving a job with the satisfaction that I just brightened up another home. Thank you!
