Empowered Students

Introduction: I am a credentialed teacher with a master's degree in multicultural education from University of San Francisco. I provide tutoring at your home, office, or a library. The subjects in which I specialize include English, English as a Second Language (ESL), social studies, resume and cover letter-writing, business communication, study skills, and special education. Teaching is my passion and life purpose. It give me the opportunity to meet students and learn about them. I value the confidence students have in me. Watching students overcome struggles in their academic subjects is very satisfying. So often students are told they can't do something because they are not good at it. I believe in changing these negative thoughts and coaching students into achieving their goals.
