- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with the customer to find the right service that fits in their budget and lifestyle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An evaluation is first to access the health of the hair then I find out what the customer wants their hair to look like (pictures are encouraged), then I talk over my game plan and price with then and once we are in agreement then we can get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my education from the Paul Mitchell school of cosmetology and have continued my education on a regular basis. I have studied with some of the top stylists in the business, Vivienne MacKinder, Sam Villa, and Guy Tang to name a few.
