I have been very impressed with Blair. He is very personable & put me at ease while trying to make a big transition to another state. He has the ability to ask the questions that helped me narrow my priorities so I could know what was most important to me in looking for a house. I would highly recommend him.
He also consistently kept in touch, so I knew what the plan for the next week was.

Blair was great. He showed me all kinds of options, from townhouse, fixer upers and homes that had already been cleaned up. He found some great properties. He was great at doing the homework. Then when we did start down the purchasing path, he led me all the way. I felt like he had my back the whole way. When we would run into an issue, he usually had a creative solution. I couldn't have been happier. I felt like he did lots of extra mile things like coming out to the house during the inspection. Arranging some services and following up as part of closing out the inspection issues.

I can't even thank Blair enough! He went over and beyond to make the sale of my house so much easier on me. He was a great communicator and kept me apprised of all events that took place. He seemed more of a friend rather than just a realtor. Blair was a life saver for us all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
