Brad came and worked on my shower faucet. what should have been a easy job ended up being a bigger headache than expected from a previous hack job. he replaced the shower faucet and did some extra work to fix a leak. everything works great now. I'm very happy with his work and everything he had done.

Let me start off by saying i'm in the construction industry and work with my seasoned general contractor Dad. I'm currently in the process of remodeling my 3 bathrooms, laundry room, tub, & shower enclosure in my home. When Brad came by to give me a bid, I purposely made sure my Dad was there so he could vet him.
Long story short, Brad schooled my veteran GC father. They we're nerding out big time going into some serious nerd plumber talk. When Brad wasn't looking my Dad leaned towards me and whispered this guy is the REAL DEAL!
Me being a skeptic, I went out and received a few more bids anyways. Fortunately, Brad came in $800.00 dollars lower on price than my other bids. I was relieved due to my gut implying that he had the most experience. Listed below are the things Brad accomplished in less than 30 hours of work within one weeks time.
-New draining ran for new laundry room and bathroom and tied in vents for proper air intake to sewer system.
-Capped off old washer hook ups.
-Ran hot and cold water supply to new laundry room location.
-Installed new water supply pipes and backing to new sink
-Replaced, moved, and centered toilet flange.
-Installed washer box into new laundry room.
-Installed 1 Rain head shower valve in master shower.
-Installed 1 regular posi temp shower valve for master shower.
-Installed new 3 peace shower drain.
-Installed new hot and cold water supplies and draining converting single vanity to double vanity.
-Replaced old kids tub shower valve with new posi temp valves.
-Converted 1/2" copper water mains to 3/4" for increased water pressure directed at all valves.
-All his work is warranted.
-Payment was requested upon completion of work.
BOTH MYSELF AND FATHER HAVE NOW FOUND A SOLID PLUMBER AND PLAN TO CONTINUE TO USE HIM FOR ALL OUR FUTURE WORK.
