- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are usually lower then most. We go over our bids closely, so if you get a lower bid our advise is to be careful who you are hiring. If the bid is significantly higher then you might just be over paying for a contractor to sub out all their work. We never sub out any of your work. It will always be done by only this company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to discuss your project by phone or text. Then arrange a face to face to confirm all aspects of the project so there are no surprises. We nail down the exact price and promise it won't change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone that works here has years of experience working in home remodeling, home building, and customer care.
