- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Why complicate your schedule with another appointment when you can quote your own home? Choose from one of our PreMAID Packages and tailor to your needs with our Custom MAID Menu. Each package is priced off of your square footage, desired clean, and frequency. But don’t worry, we are always available for a free consultation to measure your square footage and help you assess your needs. We also offer discounts to honor our Military and Emergency Services customers!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just like with any business, look for someone you can trust. You wouldn't invite just any stranger off the street into your home, so why ask them to clean your home? Check their references, if they background check their employees, and if they are bonded and insured. A trustworthy company should have your best interest and safety in mind before they ever enter your home.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Look Up! Look at your ceiling fans, your lights fixtures, the cathedral ceiling with its high windows and decoration lofts....and notice the dust! Before hiring any professional, make sure you ask if they clean these places by getting on a ladder. A good deep clean should always include a thorough clean of every place in your home.
