Friendly on time service. I was able to easily communicate my needs. He recognized a corroded valve in the pictures I sent and we agreed to replace that during the service call. Overall, very satisfied with the service.

George certainly emphasizes customer service. From the beginning, he answered all of my questions and was very helpful with suggestions concerning the best method of repair. He replaced a gas control valve on my water heater but also resolved some additional issues, ensuring its proper operation. His vast level of experience is obvious. You cannot go wrong if you select this individual for your service needs.

George is awesome. Not just because he knows what he is doing and does a great job at an honest price but because he is a true professional. We had an old water heater that was acting up and I called george. He seemed nice enough on the phone but they all do until you schedule with them and they don't show up in time and you can't get a hold of them. George was on time exactly when he said he would be. Early between 8 am and 9 AM. He had quoted me over the phone what price to expect and he came in right around what said he would despite having to replace some extra parts.
I have zero hesitation recommending him.
