I was pressed for time and have had to look for a face painter because the first one I'd spoken with ended up cancelling our agreed-upon appointment date. Luckily, I found Rubi. Not only was she available at the last minute, she also had the least expensive rate. My guests & I were very happy with her work, and would definitely hire her again!
