- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because not every company has the same objectives or offers the same services, I do not have a standard pricing system in place for social media marketing. I'm flexible with whatever your budget may be. Talk to me about your social media goals and I will present you with a custom offer according to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever I work with a new client it is imperative for me to understand their sales process from start to finish. This gives me an idea of how your business works and tells me what value you can offer the public. Communication is key!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in journalism and art history. I also have a certification in graphic design and am a self-taught web designer. My experience comes from practical learning with real companies.
