- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are different for different packages. Pictures of packages are posted on my page. Green screen is an extra price and if you want themed props to match your party theme that is also extra
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I can, I try and meet up with clients before the party so we can talk more about what they will be getting when they book with me. I have clients sign a contract and pay a non refundable down payment to hold their spot.
