The work Jacob has done for me is minor compared to the total home rehabs I've seen of his work. Very creative and impressive. He is responsive and caring and a really hard worker. I look forward to hiring him on a few larger plumbing and structural projects in the near future based on my positive experience with him.

Jacob worked at our home on several occasions. He completed the work on time and on budget. I highly recommend Jacob and SB Builders. They are professional, and highly effective. His work was neat and tidy and caused no disruption to my schedule. One other comment is that he was on time and punctual for me that was a great addition to the recommendation especially for busy people.

We recently purchased our home and Jacob covered our acoustic ceilings throughout the whole house. They look great! He also painted the ceilings and walls, and they now look great as well. I am very happy with his work and plan to have him come back and put a wall in our kitchen.
