- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have 3 rates. 1. Electrical, Plumbing and sign work. $60.00 per hour. 2. General Maintenance and repairs. $40.00 per hour. 3. Pressure Washing. .20 cents per square foot. When several areas are wanted to be clean then I work some type of break in price. Every job is different and comes with its challenges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what the new customer's needs are. Communicate with them openly about the services they are looking for. If it is a good match. Set up a date and a time to look at work and or to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From working with other contractors and companies. My knowledge and skills are vast. I study, read and watch training videos on a daily basis.
