Introduction: I believe that a person’s space is their sanctuary. I am inspired by the idea of intentional living. Our spaces serve us when we create them with intent. Modern and particularly urban living can throw us out of balance. We live in an era of rapid pace, information overload, consumption, and an ever growing disconnect from the natural world. Introspection and the ability to slow down and live in the moment have become increasingly desirable to help balance the nearly manic pace of modern life. 'The struggle is real' -as silly as that may sound. I create environments and spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and influential in manifesting this missing balance. I am flexible in the design process so that clients can participate in a way that best suits them. Along with achieving the desired aesthetic and functionality for the space, the design process should be interesting, creative, motivating, collaborative, and fun. My "style" can be described as modern, organic, with an eclectic vibe, 'modern-bohemian'. I view each project as three-dimensional artwork, unique to the person/people who lives in and use the space.
