Heidi genuinely loves animals and makes it a point to get to know each of her dog clients individually. She is very up to date on all the latest research of canine behavior modification and health issues and is able to thoughtfully give advice based on that knowledge. My dog, Pecos, at about 6 months, grabbed my much smaller older dog in 3-way dog fight. After receiving supposedly expert advice that I should find him another owner, Heidi called me to disagree and referred me to another specialist. I kept the dog, and the issue never happened again. He turned out to be the best dog I ever had, and he and my small dog were very bonded until his death. I hate to think that I might have let him go to another home. I have Heidi to thank for that.
