UPDATE FROM COMPANY RESPONSE: Lame. I gave them all of my contact info when I initially called. I don't want an average plumber to respond, I want an outstanding plumber. SEC was tenacious for my business. They contacted me a second time, said they'd be close and wanted to come by to give me a quote, they got my attention so, when I responded, I didn't hear back. Why is it so difficult in New Mexico to find someone who really cares to have you as a client? The Land of Manana doesn't cut it anymore. I'm so done with it. I've contact TLC out of ABQ with a branch in Santa Fe. "TLC is committed to providing excellent professional service and quick response." Thank you. I don't have time when it comes to my needs in plumbing because one day it could be an emergency. You have to go with a company that responds and is committed.Sep 16, 2018Verified
