I don't want an average plumber to respond, I want an outstanding plumber. SEC was tenacious for my business. They contacted me a second time, said they'd be close and wanted to come by to give me a quote, they got my attention so, when I responded, I didn't hear back. Why is it so difficult in New Mexico to find someone who really cares to have you as a client? The Land of Manana doesn't cut it anymore. I'm so done with it. I've contact TLC out of ABQ with a branch in Santa Fe. "TLC is committed to providing excellent professional service and quick response." Thank you. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We sit down talk about the project. I give them options and we establish a budget for the best option. I then provide free estimates for their options and we go forward from there. I communicate thru text, email,FaceTime etc. if my client is out of town or away from the job.
