I hired her for a deep cleaning, and the first red flag was she wanted to show up at 2pm. I asked her to come earlier, we agreed on 8:30, and she showed up about 8:45. With her children. I basically needed every surface wiped down, as well as deep cleaning in the bathrooms and kitchen, and she had her kids wipe down the bedrooms while she worked on the bathrooms and kitchen. That was uncomfortable. I didn't want to hire children, I thought I had hired a professional. She sped through the house, using an excessive amount of cleaner, and told me she was finished after an hour and 45 minutes. I told her my house was still dirty, and she had me show her. I pointed out several spots, and some of them were still there when I finally had her leave. I had told her there was much more work still, and she just wanted me to point out every spot, but after showing her and it was still dirty twice I gave up. I think her gimmick is using so much cleaner that it smells clean and looks shiny, but she actually left a film everywhere that attracts more dust, while managing to not get the dust that's there. I can say with confidence that not a single thing she touched in my house was actually clean when she left. I feel cheated having paid her anything for the "work" she did at my house.

Thks for the review my kids always work with.me I payed every time I dit.what are you looking for in charge you $100 for the cleaning your house was.very dusty if you like i.can.return the money back there is no problem with me I had insurance license and bonded that's way I had my kids working....and I had pictures of you had before I star cleaning

Fatima is very nice! She was on time and finished within two hours. My house is kind of a mess, so she did a great job considering what she had to work around!
