Introduction: I am a board certified coach who enjoys working with individuals, parents, and adolescents seeking to improve their life. Coaching is not therapy or mentoring but a confidential creative conversation conducted over the phone that provides a safe place to explore challenges, options, and desires. My passion is working with people seeking fulfilled and satisfying lives who may be struggling with identifying the necessary steps to get there. I also enjoy working with teens setting goals or making school/career decisions and parents wanting to improve their relationships or expand their skills in parenting.
