Alessandro has been an amazing , life changing spiritual teacher to me for the past 6 months. I can not even begin to express how truly blessed and grateful I feel to have met him and that we have been given the chance to do such a great deal of life changing work together. From breathing and mindful meditation exercises , to learning complete mind body awareness and nutrition, and to learning about what self love really means. He has taught me to push myself out of my comfort zone, and showed me how to embrace my fears and let go of the past in order to live a happy, fulfilled and present life. Since I started working with Allesandro, I feel that I am living a present life not ruled by me own fears and insecurities.I am forever grateful that I allowed myself to open up to this guidance that I have received! Alex has been my teacher and brother for several years. During all these years he show me, with great patience and kindness, how to meditate how recognize my own fears and how to transform them in personal powers. His way of teaching is absolutely amazing because he teaches you what you are ready to learn. From him I learn how to don't take anything personal, how to be impeccable with my word, how to do my best and how to don't take anything personal. Also how to shut my mind and to work with my energy and how to recognize energy. He definitely helps me to open my heart to self love. Thank you Alex.
