- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use Xactimate estimating software for larger projects and insurance repairs to give our customers estimates that are accurate and easy to understand. For small repairs and customer service jobs we estimate an hourly rate plus materials. We can also do time and material contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet each of our customers at the project site to measure, inspect, and to provide a written estimate before any work begins. For emergencies, when it is not possible to provide a written estimate before we can perform the work, We will complete the necessary repairs once a work authorization is signed with the understanding that we will submit all invoices to your insurance carrier and agree to be paid through the normal claims process.

We carry IICRC fire&smoke damage, water damage restoration certification. HAZWOPER hazerdous materials and response certification, Water intrusion leak investigation
