I'm brimming with delicious recipes and a vast knowledge of foods, region & healthy options. I have achieved my culinary credentials over a lifetime of preparing meals with family and for clients. I have formal training from Florida Culinary Institute & working with some incredibly talented chefs from Chicago, New Orleans, Miami and Sarasota. As a personal chef, consultant, or instructor, I provide specific personalized culinary guidance to numerous clients with a wide variety of needs. I love what I do and aim to please my clients above and beyond their expections. I enjoy watching clients slowing conversations to silence, replaced by pleasure & expressions of bliss with each bite. Inspired by family traditions, classical & professional training, I have adapted many recipes to fit in with dietary needs such as vegan, gluten free, paleo, low fat, low salt or low carb.
