- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customized pricing based on client's needs due to multiple services provided. Rates are reasonable plus cost of food and delivery charge if applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation by phone, email or meeting to provide accurate quotes. I provide private chef services for on-going or special occasion and teach a multitude of cooking/baking and or pasta making classes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Florida Culinary Institute with 20 years+ in working or managing some of the most incredible kitchens along side some of the most talented cooks and Chefs in the country. I'm also a 4th generation pastry chef/baker.
