Simply put, Ritch knows what he is doing. Halo as come up with awesome ads month after month for me. I just tell him roughly what I would like the ad to say, he shows up with his camera, sends me a proof to okay and it is almost always good to go without any changes. I did not know Ritch prior to opening my retail model train store last summer and it's as though he can read my mind. Great guy, great company, great service.
