Introduction: I am originally from a small town in Indiana. I actually grew up Amish and that's where I learned most of my construction traits. I ended up joining the military and moved here to Sarasota. I buy and sell houses after remodeling them. I have helped many friends do the same and hope to help you as well.
My whole life I have been in construction. After the military I have noticed more and more the passion I have to pay attention to detail. I want people to be so proud of the job that I do that they show and tell all their friends about it. If you would like pictures of my work please ask and also I do not pull them off of Google. Justin is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very detail oriented and has the best quality of work I have ever seen. He took the time to discuss each project with me and was very honest about the time frames and if there were challenges he found while working on my home. He is a great listener, he took the time to listen to my thoughts and ideas for my projects. Justin painted my house, took down the popcorn ceilings, and cut/nailed my trim/door frames for the entire house. He even caulked and painted my trim. He also did plumbing and electrical work on my house. I was so impressed with his quality of work and knowing he did it all by himself was incredible. I hired 1 person to do the work of 4 different professionals. I had the best experience working with him and would recommend him to anyone.

Justin came out in short notice to install a light fixture in my kitchen. I had trouble with the fixture and needed someone with experience to assist. Justin explained what I may have done incorrectly and showed me what I needed to do in the future. I appreciated that. He was on time, polite, and professional. I will definitely be in touch when the time comes to replace more fixtures in my house. Thanks, Justin!
