- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the quality of our work - from the gear used, all the way down to the talent and quick turn-around time it takes to get the content into your (the customers) hands. Yes, we do offer discounts for military service members (past or present), as well as all first responders and law enforcement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to setup a meeting to discuss the various visions and plans the customer has for a project. From there, we work with them throughout the process to ensure that the finalized product meets or exceeds their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained and fluent in today's most-used high end Videography and Photography editing applications.
