My bathroom was redone with new shower, vanity, toilet, tile, light fixture, and painting. Jeff was easy to work with, and made sure to complete the project with all the features we wanted regarding colors and materials. His crew was careful to minimize the work around our schedules and to keep things clean in the work area. I plan to use him again for any future projects that I may have.

Jeff had helped me on numerous tasks, to name a few, from fixing the garage pole and garage and make it looks like new (several handy man said it can not be done, but he did it !).repairing my deck which has extensive dry rod damage, working with the architect and getting city to approve the drawing and final inspection. He is very creative and careful with his work. He has a team that is very professional. His charges is very reasonable.

Before I start my review I just want to say that I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Don't bother shopping around. If you've found Jeff and Cornerstone Construction, you've found a true gem. The Quote: First, I was quoted roughly 35% less than 8 other contractors I contacted about the job. I used this site, Yelp, and Google's local listings to get quotes, and aside from being more expensive, most couldn't even get out to look at the job for weeks, and had a ton of overhead costs that they passed on to the customer. Jeff at cornerstone was out here the same day, and when I sent him a picture of what I wanted, he gave me an exact quote that was extremely reasonable, and said "it will look exactly like the picture". He actually gave me two quotes for the job using two different qualities of materials, and let me decide which I'd prefer. The Job: The small (12ft. long) fence on the side of my house that faces the street was old and rotted, and blew down in a storm we had a couple of weeks ago. I needed 3 new posts installed and wanted the new fence at a 7ft. height. I want to note that a lot of contractors I contacted explained that because the fence was less than 80ft long, I was working with sort of a "reverse bulk discount" due to their "unavoidable overhead costs", and I didn't have to deal with any of that nonsense with Cornerstone Construction. The Work: UN-BE-LIEVABLE! I have to admit, I was a little skeptical of how the work would turn out because the quote was so much lower than others, but it turned out, Cornerstone is just awesome. Jeff is a true craftsman and takes a ton of pride in his work. There were little things that he actually cared more about than I did. For example, one of the posts couldn't sit flush against the house without breaking off some of the foundation, which isn't advised. I actually told Jeff it was fine if there was a gap, but he said "but I want it to look good". So, he actually extended the fence boards beyond the post and it looks fantastic. Also, the work was done really fast and efficiently. Cornerstone does things that other companies brag about without saying a word, like using stainless screws instead of nails. The attention to detail is really impressive (My new fence looks exactly like the picture I sent). If I had to describe Jeff in a word, it would be: Craftsman... honestly. The Summary: I have 0 buyers remorse. I am so satisfied with the final product and the price I paid. I truly feel like I got the best possible quality of work for the best possible price. When the job was complete, Jeff actually explained that he underestimated the cost of materials, but also insisted that I pay the originally quoted price. I mean, wow. Jeff is honest, won't try to gouge you for every penny, or cut corners to try to reduce his own costs. Bottomline, I am so happy with the entire experience, that Cornerstone will be my first and only call for any future jobs I need done.
