We were thinking about a remodel for our kitchen and searched the internet for ideas of upgrades. Serda Remodelling contacted us and came over that week to give us more ideas and an estimate for the project. We decided to work with Serda. Freddie Serda gave us a time frame to start and to be finished. He suggested places for us to look at granite/quartz counter top material, back splash, faucets, handles for the cupboards etc....in the meantime Freddie's crew started the sanding and coating on the wood floors. We picked everything out and gave him our list. Like magic, Freddie coordinated his crews for the kitchen. The cabinet maker is amazing with the cupboards - love the crown molding! The quartz counter top came out perfectly and fitted exactly. The wood floor is brilliant - what a difference! The ceiling and walls were patched and repainted. All of the new appliances were hooked up - including the sink, faucets, fridge, oven and garbage disposal - and they finished on time! There is a lot involved updating a kitchen. Many things can go wrong - especially with measurements and spendy items like the counter tops and cupboards. Freddie took all of the worry away of our responsibility if something did not fit. We enjoyed all of the crew. They are courteous and great craftsman. This is an experienced company! I highly recommend them. We love our kitchen! It is beautiful!

We hired Serda Remodeling to completely remodel our 1986 kitchen. We invited 4 contractors to come out and give us a quote. Right away we had a good feeling about Freddie and we are so glad we chose him and his team. The quote and plans that Freddie submitted were very thoughtful and detailed. He took on other nice-to-have requests that other contractors didn’t want to handle. He itemized all of the costs and was very clear about where we could save money and where we could spend just a bit more money to get exactly what we wanted. What’s more is that his timeline was significantly shorter than that of every other quote we received. This project was not small; it expanded into the upper living room of our split-level, all in all, we feel like we got everything we wanted for a reasonable price. Freddie was never more than a text or phone call away and he was always free to drop by if we had questions about something. He and his team are incredibly trustworthy; we felt absolutely comfortable with them in our home. They did their best to contain the dust and clean up after every day. The team worked to make sure we were happy every step of the way, even when we had issues with our appliance delivery that affected the timeline. When the final bill came, everything was exactly as we had discussed; no surprises. The work done by Freddie and his team is absolutely fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. We highly recommend Serda Remodeling for any kitchen project and we expect to hire this team for our next project.

Customers will call or email to set up an in home consultation. We will arrange a time that works for both of us. I then meet with them to provide help and information on there project they are interested in.

I have been in the Building industry for over 20 years i.e. Retail, sales, and construction.
