The work he did was great because I had
spilled dark furniture scratch filler on a beige rug. He was, however, an
hour late and did not call to explain. I had to call him. Also he said he
would do s small area next to the living room but did not. Although he
successfully removed the dark stains, his tardiness and forgetting the
small area and even under the desk where you put your legs subtracts from
the total score.
