- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a "standard pricing" per say. We offer several wedding collections to choose from and several portrait session types as well. We're very transparent about pricing though and hate evasive answers or unpleasant surprises! We've done our very best to keep our prices reasonable while still being competitive and allow us to earn enough to stay in business and continue to do what we love.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically set a meeting, by phone or in person, to answer any questions, go over pricing, and discuss the specific needs of the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the lead photographer, Lisa is trained in the aspects of lighting, posing, composition, and equipment. Learning never ends, we're always exploring different ways and techniques.
