- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my fees vary depending on type of service. i can curate single sessions as well as discounted package pricing. i can also curate personal wellness plans combining yoga/ayurveda/aromatherapy/meditation/psychology or any combination of these modalities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i like to speak with potential clients before booking sessions. this allows both of us to have an understanding of health and wellness goals, as well as what i am able to offer each individual. all initial calls are at no cost and during this call is where we can discuss pricing and whether single sessions or package plans will work best. we will also discuss what modality(ies) to use to work towards your health and wellness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am an ayurvedic yoga specialist and a 200 hour registered yoga teacher (i’ve been teaching for 2 years and have practiced yoga for over 20 years). i’m currently deepening my knowledge of how to support other healers or trauma care providers in their own journey towards healing, either from first-hand trauma or secondary trauma due to their line of work. this training incorporates yoga, ayurveda, and western psychology. i have also completed a 50 hour thai bodywork certification and am a doterra essentail oil wellness advocate.
