- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not be your cheapest quote, but our realistic pricing comes with a dedication to do our best on every single job. Must be why we have had some customers for over a decade that won't use anyone else , and send us tons of references.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a lot of questions to help determine what is our best approach. We then explain to our customers what we are about to do, and walk room by room to show them what to expect from our cleaning. Not every stain or problem can be erased, but we take the time to set realistic expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35 years experience, with several training classes through the years. Still study the industry to improve our quality of work
