- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it is most important to talk to my clients and understand what they are looking for. If they are not sure, I perform a brief brainstorming session to understand their likes and dislikes as well as what ideas resonate most with them so we have something to build on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Basset certified bartender. I also have a current food handlers certificate I have extensive experience in event management as a former professional fundraiser. I have experience with Gala's, Walk-a-thons, bicycle tours, trade shows, public education programs. I have on and off site catering experience including set up, event staffing and tear down.I also have experience with developing and executing private events and parties.as well. I enjoy developing themed events such as birthday parties for all ages, weddings and graduations. I also have special experience in helping families preparing life celebrations for their departed loved ones.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started planning large scale public events through my various professions. My love for working on private events stemmed from my involvement with my children.. I loved developing themed parties, Graduation events for friends and family. I have found I have the gift of hospitality and know how to make people feel at home and welcome at the events that I plan.
