After flooding in our basement, they pulled the carpet and said they'd run blowers for three days while we were out of town. A carpenter who came to repair on the third day, told us no blowers were there and that the basement had significant odor. A second service provider on that day confirmed that things seemed wet and smelly. Multiple phone calls to the company were unreturned for 5 days. Finally, the technician who did the work called back and offered small concessions. He at least took the complaint seriously. But in both execution of the contracted services and in customer relations, the company significantly underperformed. Some compensation was eventually offered in response, but it required too much effort to both rectify the situation and to receive appropriate customer attention.

Edson came in and did a great job on our sectional. He even went above and beyond and helped me look for my unit’s fuse box when the machine blew two fuses (at no fault of the company, I live in an older building). He didn’t have to do that but I appreciated the extra effort. Quick and professional, sectional looks great. The only issue I had was when we discussed cost before the service was provided, I was informed of additional costs that were not mentioned in the quote. Included was an 8% fee and an additional $10 travel fee which I was not told about, though he seemed to be under the impression I would be aware of it. I did pay of course but felt a little put off that random fees were being listed at the time of service. Overall they did great work and I would definitely hire them again.
