- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very competitive pricing for high quality work. We do a lot of homework on area pricing for jobs and are below the industry average because we have less overhead ourselves and can pass along the savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin by talking over the phone to find out what your needs and wants are. We will discuss pricing for various options so that you are able to stay within your budget. I may or may not need to come see the space/job to appropriately give you an accurate quote- his visit is free of charge. Once hired, a deposit is required and a day and time is set to start the job.
