Introduction: Helping others maintain fitness in their lives and having others feel good about themselves is the most satisfying part about my service. Reaching goals and obtaining them is my most important purpose.
For years I was a collegiate track and field athlete. I learned from my coaches and trainers what it's like to really push yourself to be the best you can be. Whether it has to do with nutrition, performance or mental toughness. Im very thankful for the lessons they taught me and I want to be able to teach others the same things.
