Introduction: I have over 30 years experience as a builder. This includes new custom builds as well as years of residential remodeling. I like all aspects of working on a home, including the small things like putting in light switches or doors to building an entire addition, block wall or kitchen remodel. I am dependable - I show up when I say I will be there, and I finish the job in a timely way. And what is important to me is while I'm in your home doing a remodel or repair i will be respectful of your space. Everything will be protected. There will be no paint spots on your furniture or walls. I have always been a perfectionist with a level to the detail. I believe in a job done right the first time. In my free time over the years i have learned how to be a master carver. My carved walls and furniture can be seen in cathedrals around the world. I bring this level of attention to detail and beauty to all my projects. I am happy to offer full handyman services as well as remodeling.

We were extremely happy with the work Joshua Lee did for us. We needed a garage side door installed immediately and Joshua more than met our expectations. Joshua was very professional and a very likeable individual. He worked quickly and accurately and his price for the install was very fair. Encore removed old doors & closed up the walls, replaced old windows, and added a new sliding glass door. The owner Josh oversaw the whole project and did a lot of the work himself. The crew was prompt and cleaned up each day. We are very happy with the results and plan to use Encore in the future.

I hired Encore Renovations LLC to convert my garage from "living space" back to a working garage, as well as construct a metal shed in my yard to clear out the garage. Josh gave a fair estimate for the job and stuck to it. He and his crew work efficiently to get the job done in the time he says. He works with integrity and stands by his work. I will definitely hire Encore Renovations LLC again.

Our customers are happy with our work. We have reasonable rates for our handyman service and our renovations work as well. Occasionally we offer discounts - watch our website or facebook.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had the opportunity to train with some very good contractors/craftsman in my early years of building. Since then I have trained many people in the same level of craftsman ship that I have practiced over they years. It is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The projects that we have enjoyed the best are the ones that the customers have been so very happy with our work. We have met the most wonderful people in this business, and have kept in contact with many of these customers. Making them happy is so satisfying.
