- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a few different options and services depending on the clients needs and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with the owner to find out what their needs are. Once I understand their needs and the dogs needs, I customer tailor a training plan specifically for them. We usually work together once a week for an hour, and the amount of sessions needed is determined on the the desired goals of the owner!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with and training dogs for 20 years. I have 20 years of hands on experience. I started my training as an apprentice to a successful dog trainer in MA. I then became a trainer and have had my own business since. I have done more advanced training with a military dog trainer in Phoenix, and am up to date on all training methods.
