- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home Tech charges $70hr, minimum of an hour. We are currently running a new customer promotion. With 4 or more hours of service we are giving the customer a free hour of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process is the same whether with a new customer or existing customer. The only difference is the new customer may have additional discounts available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home Tech's Owner Darryl, has a BS in Electronic & Computer Technology. Has worked at major corporations such as Northrup Grumman, Arizona State University, and Schneider Electric to name a few. Darryl is well rounded in Home Repair/Home Technology field.
