Food is great lost a couple pounds

Eliminates the thinking! And cooking! I have a fairly busy schedule. Jordan's meal preparation gives me a break from the sometimes dreaded task of cooking. While I enjoy exercise and healthy eating, I veer off course with type and quantity of food. Jordan's appropriately portioned meals provide a well-balanced meal that is quite delicious. I'd recommend his meals to anyone who needs a "food break" or a little help with a healthy diet.
