- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A consultation fee of $95.00 per hour to be charged. Hours are estimated upon 10 minute FREE phone consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a free 10 minute phone conference to assess the level of services needed and insure we are well matched for success. Once we agree to outlined success plan, a contract is sent to obtain client agreement for services, time commitments and payment structure. Once finalized, meeting/s will be scheduled to deliver on client expectations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In my former career, I had the pleasure of interviewing, hiring, firing,coaching and managing hundreds of people. My goal is always, how can I help them to best leverage the talent they bring to the table so they can be most successful. My passion started when family and friends approached me for professional career guidance. In ALL cases, I helped them to advance in their careers and find better work life balances. That my friend, is what drives me to enjoy this work and why I am committed to providing this service.
