Igor is very knowledgable and personabe. He pays close attention to his clients' wishes/requests, be it a physical restriction, injury or a desire to push hard. He provides the best experience that suits your needs. Don't hesitate to hire him if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals quickly. My workout sessions with Igor are always fun and different, I never get bored. He's always very open to answering any questions I have and is great at following up and staying in touch with his clients.

Ihor really knows his stuff!!! He is one of the hardest working people I know! He will not let you quit, really cares about you to help you reach your goals, and is very disciplined when it comes to fitness!!! He truly is the perfect candidate for a trainer or instructor because of his caring personality and extremely hard work ethic! He will get you where you want to be...give him a chance!!! I attended his boot camp and was so happy with the outcome, I felt SO much better, we worked out SO hard...and I was super sore : ) And if you keep at it with him---you will see results!!! Ihor is a superstar! He has helped me to get together in my training habits over the past 2 months! I'm not really looking forward to becoming a superman, but want to be able to work in weight lifting and getting my cardio work, and with Ihor's passion and attitude I've been able to achieve some great results in just a matter of 2 months!
