- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our items are listed with pricing on our website under the 'MENUS' tab. You will also find menus designed for various occasions to inspire ideas and reference pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are a series of standard questions, but most importantly I listen. That's what makes each party unique and special for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate, Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, personal and private chef for six years, previously worked and trained for Tom Douglas Restaurants. I studied design at Parsons Schol of Design in NY and worked in film and television production prior to producing events.
