Introduction: As a mental health counselor and the owner of Greenlake Wellness Group, I am deeply devoted to supporting individuals seeking health and peace within their mind, body, soul and relationships. Within a curious and open-minded space, I bring a bright spirited presence and solid training in psychodynamic relational therapy. I believe bringing your personal narrative into the therapeutic setting provides a vehicle for self-discovery. Our narratives help us understand areas in life that present dysfunctional processes, keeping us stuck in unhealthy patterns and hindering growth. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and completed her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate (CSAT). Solution-based methodology and present moment awareness within a non-judgmental environment provides the opportunity to grow and change within the safety of a positive therapeutic alliance. Mindfulness and body awareness in the therapeutic setting are effective vehicles in the pursuit of growth and healing for my clients.
