Courtney catered my son's high school graduation party. I set a budget and asked her to make my guests happy. Courtney asked me A 1/2 dozen questions and to work. She came up with diverse dishes that pleased everybody. Courtney is a culinary artist that I would trust from a backyard barbecue to a black tie event. Kudos!

Chef Courtney prepped for my daughter and I once a week for 5 dinners. She was able to adjust to my daughters picky taste and still kept it healthy and she always cleaned up really good after she was done over all the food was excellent

BEST FOOD EVER! ! ! ! Courtney really put her heart and soul into her cooking. I hired her for a BBQ for the Search and Rescue training event. Everything was delicious and fresh. Even, the price was right. I was impressed with the professionalism and execution of the service. I would highly recommend hiring Courtney for you next event!

I had the pleasure of working with Courtney. I hired her as a private chef for a couple catering events. She was not only extremely easy to work with but went above and beyond to insure everything went perfectly. Courtney is one of the best chefs that I've worked with, she doesn't have the "I'm too amazing drama attitude" like most chefs. She's also extremely calm under pressure. Courtney is really great at what she does. Looking forward to working with her again.

Courtney is amazing! She catered my wedding over a year ago. Food was outstanding! People still rave about it. She prepared a variety of foods to cater to my vegan daughter that still satisfied the tastes of everyone else. Everything was cooked to perfection, on time, unique and delicious! She cleaned up the venue kitchen and everything. I can't say enough how much I appreciate all that she did to make our wedding meal amazing!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always schedule an initial meeting so I may get to know my clients needs. A meeting in person, Skype or even a phone call will do. I want to be comfortable with my clients needs and I also want my client to be comfortable and know their needs are taken care of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AA in Culinary Arts - ServSafe - Alcohol Handlers Permit
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been cooking my entire life. I attended college a few years ago and decided to make a career out of it because I am absolutely in love with it!
