Our bids are fixed cost or "lump sum." We offer time and material rates for repairs or upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can provide design/ build services or work to spec. After awarded a bid and a project is green lighted, communication becomes the most important tool in the bag.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Crew experience includes: project management, surveying, interior design, fine woodworking, framing, furniture building, masonry, and general carpentry.
