- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in being fair. For that reason my pricing is purely based on the client and project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask questions in order to suggest a process that would work best for both parties. For out of state clients they require more information so I rely on video meetings as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many years of study in administration and bookkeeping. I'm currently obtaining not only my accounting but business management degree to gain additional training and knowledge most valuable to clients that I work with.
