He remodeled my entire apartment, also added a loundry room in it with all the plumbing. I rented it from 1200 to 1600 after the remodel. I will make my expenses in two and a half years, plus easy to rent. He added tile on my bathroom, hardwood flooring in the apartment, amazing. I will add images to this project from before and after later.

My project involved widening a doorway (set in a plaster wall), installing new baseboards in a bedroom and adjacent den, and painting the baseboards and walls in both spaces. I wanted the work done ASAP; the project went on for almost 2 weeks. When it was considered completed by the contractor, the new drywall had grooves and many uneven spots. In addition, the wall color was blotchy from inadequate coverage and the lines between the baseboards and wall uneven, with caulk showing in a dashed line pattern. They came back to try to make it right but only did so minimally. In addition, the old baseboards were left in my driveway for me to deal with because I was told that my estimate didn't include disposal. I had to have the work completed by others and some of it had to be redone altogether (e.g. baseboard corners had not been mitered). The new painter even discovered that non-paintable caulk had been used at some of the wood seams! In summary, despite initial enthusiasm and eagerness to deliver, along with frequent communication and responsiveness, the final outcome reflected poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail, and I felt nickel and dimed throughout the process.

Daniella i am really sorry you feel that way. I worked with you to get things done, since you were a single mother and always complained about everything. You changed the contract 5 times, and during the two weeks we had to stucco the wall, remove the base boards, which when i quoted i asked what you want me to do with those, and you said leave them on the yard i will try to re-purpose them, which later you asked me to remove and i told you it will cost. I gave you the lowest cost, you were asking to go in ASAP and the wall needed to dry sanded and then re patched to be right, which we did after you realized that 3 days (in one week we couldn't walk for 4 days for flooring to dry) then you allowed one more week, on which my guys came and fixed. I charged you 900 dollars for the whole thing, i was feeling bad for you, and i did a great job, you complained about the painting i bought two different painters to look at it and they both said its fine. I told you to feel free to hire a painter to fix it and you told me just to fix the lines on the base board, cause all else was fixed, it would cost more then half of the work plus 200 dollars on trim that i purchased for you, since you were to busy i had to go shopping for you. About the caulking my guys used the same one that came from the same tube, so please share as they are. Anyway i am really sorry you feel that way, i think that you propably had the same experience with all your other contractors, and please post the pictures of the job done from us and the changes so people could see. I asked you to take pictures. If you feel that i have nickel and dimed you please tell me what i charged and what the other guy charged and what was done. Again i am sorry you feel that way, i haven't seen the new job, please add some images.

The project was to repaint our condo for sale. Ceiling white, walls soft yellow, and white trim. The work was excellent and Ilir oversaw the process with picture updates. Our condo looks new and workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend working on projects with Ilir. Extremely impressed.
