FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have worked as the agency of record AND as subcontractors for many years, so we are well aware of the typical pricing in our industry. Because we're small and nimble, we are often able to do jobs that other agencies would turn down due to their smaller size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our secret sauce is turning our customers' information into impact with their particular audiences. So, we need to spend some time learning about each new customer, as one-size-does-NOT-fit-all. Typically, this can be done in an hour or so on the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our co-owners each have Bachelor of Arts degrees in theatre, and our presentation coach also has an MFA. In addition, we've received some industry accolades, like the IABC Golden Quill Award for Excellence in Corporate Communication, a "Jeff" (Best Actor award from Chicago), as well as numerous testimonials from satisfied customers (found at messageglue.com) and even a short film that was featured at Sundance.
